Lance and Katie were very communicative and took the extra time to make sure that I understood the process. I felt supported, heard and comfortable. The situation was awful but they made it manageable. I’ll forever be grateful for their care and service.

Lance White is an incredible family attorney. I had retained him for a hearing in regards to my daughter. During the preparation time he was honest in how he anticipated the outcomes, he was empathetic to the stress and strain that comes with legal issues in regard to children. He was so kind and gentle with going over the process. It’s already so stressful to have to retain someone, endure the legal process, court, etc you want Lance on your side! Not only does me make you feel like he has your back, he makes you feel like he cares and is genuine and sincere with every effort.

Lance and his staff are very helpful and run the practice smoothly. My experience while not pleasant,because of the legal issues, and difficulties of the case, were profoundly better than I expected. Highly experienced, diplomatic, but friendly service. I felt confident and at ease.

Very cool office park. Ample parking, off the street, lots of mature trees and newer buildings. I arrived early because I allowed too much travel time, given the recent weather, and was warmly greeted, seated in a very nice space, and offered coffee, water, anything I needed. Mr. White was incredibly professional, competent and friendly. He was thorough and I feel well represented.

I have used Lance for various different cases, since 2019. He has won all my cases from TPOs to custody cases, and now my child support case. He has proven to be very knowledgeable as a previous Judge, uses his well rounded experience to win cases. He is very classy and empathetic in his approach. Lance will take care of your case with a human touch. You will not feel like you are dealing with an attorney that just sees you as a number, he will definitely give you and your case the attention it deserves. I will recommend you use Lance if you want an attorney that cares about your case. He will definitely work hard. I will continue to use Lance to take care of all my family cases.

He represented a family member for a short period of time. He was terminated after he failed to meet an important court deadline and the judge fined his client for HIS incompetence. He was not remorseful nor did he take ownership of his mistake in front of the judge. His lack of attention to deadlines cost my family financially (court fees), trust from the judge, and scarred us emotionally. After he did this he stopped returning emails and calls even though he was still retained. He is not reliable.

Lance asked and received a filing date extension. (Due July 21nd) Then.....he eventually filed it 4 days LATER than the extended deadline he told the court he could meet (July 25th). This resulted in me being character smeared by opposing counsel in the courtroom, sanctioned AND ordered to pay my ex-husband's attorney fees for the "late filing" by the judge. It was then struck from the record. I have email documentation and phone records showing he was provided the information a week prior to the deadline. I communicated daily with him by email and phone approaching and on the filing deadline date. He later blamed me for being out of town and "causing" his delinquent filing. I never approved or signed the opposition was filing. When I questioned him on the missed deadline, he stated it is "common" to file late and "petty" if the judge and or opposing counsel dismiss/ strike it from the record. Well... I guess Judge Unsworth is "petty" because she granted opposing counsels request for it to be struck from the record. In court on Aug. 3rd, I was chastised, threatened further financial destruction, fines and possible losing my 50% custody of our minor daughter by the judge and opposing counsel if I did not sign the decree, as is, "immediately." Lance stated, in front of witnesses, that this judge "does not like me" and they "will find a way to forced to through while I get even less." I will also be responsible to pay ALL trial and both parties legal fees if I do not sign off immediately. I have filed a bar complaint against him but have no faith it will be reviewed in our current lawless culture. If your family and future is important to you, do not hire him to represent you. He charged me over over $9K for zero effort in 2 months, completed 1 delinquent filling which was ultimately struck from the record, never filed all required documents requested by the judge AND I was fined $$$$, and continue to be for his "representation." Hire my ex-husband's attorney instead. She is a horrible human but doing her job. Feel free to contact me directly for documentation/ proof of the above.

I went to Lance to have my custody/divorce settlement amended, and he did a phenomenal job. I told him what I wanted, he ensured all of the necessary elements for judicial approval were included and helped me to draft a new agreement that both my ex and I were pleased with. He didn't try to rack up extra fees or create unnecessary litigation expenses. He helped to create a fair and reasonable agreement that put my daughter's wellbeing first. I would highly recommend using Lance for your family law needs.
