Raymond represented me in retrieving my classic car from an "alleged" auto restoration shop where my car had languished for several years. Raymond carefully listened to my story, then wrote a demand letter to the shop instructing them to release my car and related parts. The letter was perfect in tone and effectiveness.

It was truly a blessing to find Mr. Areshenko! I was in a car accident, and my previous representation had me running around getting unnecessary tests done racking up my hospital/Dr bills as he was under the assumption that my payout was going to be huge. After a clear violation of my trust regarding a procedure I had been mislead to and never approved, I knew I was not with someone who cared about me nor my well-being only what he thought would be a cash cow, which ironically in my case was everything but that. After waiting an entire week for two different attorneys to call me back I posted a question on AVVO.COM. Much to my surprise Attorney Arshenko IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED! I have to say I was shocked at how quickly he responded and will be forever grateful to him for taking the time even though I am 1000 miles from his office.
