I hired Sharon Jannuzzi to serve as my representative in a probate case. Due to the death of my sister, the lack of a will, and my being an out-of-state resident from where she lived, I was in a particularly vulnerable position in dealing with her estate. I used Sharon Jannuzzi to handle a living trust matter and was extremely disappointed with her performance as a attorney and her knowledge of the law. She is far to laid back for my taste and not aggressive enough to get the results her client needs. Very disappointing.

Sharon was my lead attorney on drawn-out biitter family trust litigation with simultaneous lawsuits in two states. Sharon was tough, smart and quickly developed an excellent grasp of the intricacies of my case when I replaced my original attorney when the lawsuits developed as he was not a litigator. Sharon’s understanding of the case and the people involved helped her design an effective litigation strategy which she communicated to me frequently and clearly as the case developed. She listened to my input and was always accessible and easy to work with which was important to me as I was a very hands-on client. Sharon writes clear focused briefs which meant the judge always understood our point of view when prior to the start of our several court appearances. In the courtroom she makes her points professionally and effectively and was awlays able to respond effectively to arguments the opposing attorneys would make. Whether true or not, I always felt “my lawyer” was better than “their lawyer.” We ended up with a complete win. She was very reasonable in the way she billed which is often not the case. Although litigation is expensive, I felt I received excellent value for my money. Though I hope not to repeat this experience she would be my first call should I find myself in a similar situation in the future.
