I am a startup exec and while I'm comfortable with normal business practice law and can easily navigate corporate law, when it comes to equity, shareholders, taking on investors, and planning for a future acquisition years down the road, I have never met anyone more on top of it than Patrick! He's a joy to work with and brings a perspective not easily matched.
