Even before our first meeting with Mr. Carter, he was responsive via email and asked to review our documents ahead of time in preparation for our meeting. When we did have our meeting, surprisingly he had read the material and was well prepared, offering useful and varied solutions depending on different scenarios. What we didn't understand, he explained using common terminology. Our time was spent efficiently and effectively.
