Friendly people but unless you have a bunch of money I wouldn't bother.

Ardea was very instrumental in resolving a water damage claim which resulted in extensive damage to the first floor of our home. After 6 months of trying to deal with the insurance on our own, and the insurance company not willing to pay for the damages caused by their client's negligence, we hired Ardea. Once Ardea was involved, the insurance company finally took full responsibility for the damages done to our home and we were able receive a settlement which allowed us to repair the damages done to our home. I highly recommend Ardea and her staff. They are very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

We had the pleasure of having Maddox, Segerblom & Canepa represent us while dealing with a horrible situation. Sandy, Eva and Ardea were a blessing to have guide us through a process we had never been through before. They communicated in a timely manner and were always there to answer our questions and relay information. We are grateful for the outcome we had due to their hard work.

My title company and I had run into a wall trying to remove a lien from my house. Despite all our attempts we were unable to reach anyone or get a response to payoff a lien. Closing deadline was fast approaching, and the sale of my home was threatened by this shadow. I was referred here from my listing agent as a last minute attempt, and it was the best decision I could have made! Darcy worked close with me and quickly sprang into action! She was able to get through and have the lien removed in the nick of time! I appreciated the timely response and acknowledgement to my emails and that I was taken seriously! I owned a Clayton Manufactured home out in Red Rock, which I loved, and did not realize I had boundary and septic troubles until I decided to sell it. Because of Ardea Canepa's sharp eye and very firm letter to the sub contractor I recovered ALL my expenses and have settled all the issues. I am absolutely amazed what Ms Canepa achieved with one letter that I could not resolve in many letters!. I can and will recommend Ms Canepa and her firm very highly when land issues arise. After several years of pursuing the builder through the legal system a settlement was finally reached which gave me enough money to repair my home. This Calabria South Reno HOA action stumbled along until the Maddox, Segerblom & Canepa firm took over.
