My dad passed away and my brother, two sisters and I had no idea where to start as my father left no directions. We consulted with several firms before coming to Anderson, Dorn and Rader on a recommendation. Mr. Rader had a remote conference with all of us (we're spread all over the country), listened to us, addressed our concerns in words we could understand and agreed to work with us. Rather than telling us to surrender our father's estate to someone we'd never met (as several other firms had) he encouraged us and agreed we should be involved. Throughout the process, Monica (Senior Paralegal) was phenomenal - always answering our questions promptly and accurately, even making suggestions on how to pursue items I wasn't aware we should be looking for. My siblings and I always felt we had an advocate throughout the process and that we'd been lucky to find the firm. They earned every penny they asked us for and they did not add on additional fees or hire external agents as we'd been quoted by other firms. Thank you so much and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.

Hands down the best law office we interviewed in the Reno area about assisting my family with a probate process. Their staff were all professional, kind, courteous, and attentive to whatever questions, concerns, or ideas we had to discuss during the legal process. I cannot speak highly enough of these folks. My family was absolutely dreading this probate proceeding, and Anderson, Dorn, & Rader really did make the whole thing easy and way less stressful. We interviewed half a dozen other law offices in the area for the exact same job and they were all miserable, charged a horrendous amount of money for basic legal services, and were not client oriented at all. These guys were the complete opposite. If you need a lawyer in the Reno area, then these are the right folks for the job.

Could not recommend highly enough. After having children, aquiring new properties and opening a small business, we were overdue on updating our living trust and protecting our business and assets. We sought them out to do this and got quite an education in the process, learning that our previous will was basically worthless and the reasons why. They were so informative, “held our hands” through the process and promptly answered any follow up questions we had. The peace of mind we now have is invaluable.

I think they have a great service helping people with estate planning needs. No high pressure tactics and take time answering questions about individual needs. Having legal help when addressing such important subjects is valuable but the prices they charge are very reasonable.
