Very friendly staff! Carucci and his team, including his two daughters) are very knowledgeable and helped me through tough times. They are reasonably priced and have a big fluffy bernese mountain dog that comforts you the whole time.

This was the first lawyer I had a consultation with. I was looking for a lawyer to help me start process with custody. This lawyer was so unbelievably insensitive and could care less about anything I had to say. I felt so uncomfortable sitting there for a whole 4 minutes it only took a few seconds to realize he was not interested in helping me in any way. My consultation was so short since he was not interested in listening to me or asking me details. His response to the very little I said was to go to the DA’s office it’s free there. Maybe since I am a single mother he thought I couldn’t afford him I’m not sure. Fighting for custody and starting a process is hard enough. It’s mentally straining and after walking out of his office I felt even worse. I was so thankful that I had called around and 2 hours later another lawyer called and spent 25 minutes asking me about my situation and actually listened to me! He gave me my hope back, the hope that this Carucci lawyer took away from me! I’m not alone with all of this but no thanks to this lawyer. I would never in my life go back to him he gave me his card to call him if I Ever get served with papers or if anything else comes up.

Rod and Kelly are the best attorneys I have ever had the pleasure to work with, by far. Extremely professional and honest under every circumstance. Both have accommodated my busy work schedule and have traveled to represent me on more than one occasion without fail. I recommend that anyone going through a divorce or child custody hire them.
