I do not recommend at all! Un professional, no after hour emergency reschedule. Takes days to get a response for appointments. Terrible option. You are better off representing yourself.

I cannot say enough good about Attorney Jannette Mooney's professionalism, vast knowledge of the law and legal system, her attention to every detail in my case, and her supportive com-alongside attitude during difficult circumstances. Not only does Attorney Mooney go above and beyond for her clients but her admin staff is on top of everything, always in communication, and thorough with every piece of correspondence and actions needed in each case. My experience with her was in the beginning of her career, 22+ years ago and due to the fact of her "no matter what, I am in this with you mind set", I referred her to my sister whom was in the midst of a very complicated and difficult custody case. Not only did Attorney Mooney fight for me during my difficult case, but years later has proven without a shadow of doubt her commitment to being a figure of strength, support, and with her grand wealth of knowledge of the law, stands firm in her commitment to continue in her endeavor to assist individuals during very difficult times in their lives. I highly recommend Attorney Mooney to anyone who is in need of an attorney knowing with complete confidence that she will work very hard for you to do all she can to have the best possible outcome for her clients.

Absolute TERRIBLE law firm..... charged thousands of thousands of dollars for 1 hearing and some emails... also was charged for someone not involved in the matter who was Facebook messaging the lawyer, that I got charged for.....take your money and time elsewhere HIGHLY do not recommend.

I highly recommend Jannette. She helped me through my divorce. she was very responsive and easy to deal with. Jannette offered great advice on areas I had not considered and always had my best interests at heart. The rest of her staff, especially Laura were very accommodative. Especially in these Covid days. Do yourself a favor and hire Jannette to represent you!

I found that divorce can be ugly, complicated and scary but I had no idea how decadent it could become. I could not have been luckier than to have Jannette as my legal counsel. I never write reviews unless my experience with someone/something is way above and beyond the expected. My experience with Jannette Mooney as my Attorney deserves a review. Jannette represented me in my divorce at a time when I was in no way prepared for the life changing direction that I was headed. I was referred to her through a relative and I feel extremely lucky and thankful that I was given that referral. Jannette guided me through a contentious divorce with professionalism and, at the time more importantly in my mind, empathy and friendship. As soon as I met and consulted with Jannette I had absolutely no questions that I was in the best hands possible. Jannette knew the law explicitly and was so patient in explaining the process and answering all of my questions. Every time I interacted with her whether it was on the phone, email or in person, I never felt rushed or put off. In court she was always more than prepared and, in my case, ready to handle and counteract the constant curve balls thrown at her. I felt totally confident that I was getting the best possible representation. With all of this said, why I am writing this review and where she went way beyond expectation was in the manner in which she treated me. Jannette always made me feel that I was her only client. She made herself consistently available to me. The professionalism, care and concern she showed for me and my case was above and beyond what she needed to provide. I have been a lawyer for over 30 years and have practiced in state and federal courts throughout the country. In that capacity, I have worked with literally dozens of other attorneys. I got to work with Jannette in a very complicated white collar criminal case out of the Central District of California. Without getting into the details of the case, suffice to say that I have never worked with an attorney who cared so much for her client. Jannette spent nights and weekends applying her considerable intellect to what was essentially a company-killing problem that could gotten a number of people indicted. Through Jannette's diligence, intelligence, perserverance, effort, and ability to communicate with the prosecutor and the agents, there were no criminal indictments or civil cases against anyone or against the company, there were no fines, no penalties. Jannette basically, through persistence and hard work, convinced the prosecutor that there simply was no case againt her client. I have seldom seen anything like this happen and I can only say that I have never seen a lawyer who cares more for her clients than Jannette does. I would trust her with my most serious problems.
