My case involved interstate issues, including Jurisdiction provoked by repeated petitions filed in another state during the divorce proceeding in an attempt to disrupt and delay the process. This case was highly contentious, and irreparable conflict existed between me and my ex. Attorney Markell proved to be an exceptional attorney. His knowledge, diligence, patience, guidance, and integrity resulted in the withdrawals of multiple opposing attorneys during my litigation and the Judge "throwing the Book" at my ex in my favor. No smoke and mirrors, hidden interests, or quid pro quo. He is an ethical attorney who works diligently and will explain complex statutes in meaningful and tangible ways to his clients.
