I made a mistake late in in life and needed their assistance to help me through my ordeal They were courteous, helpful and very patient and answered every single question I had any time I had one. I would highly recommend them if the need arises!!

What a joke, tried to get help from this lawyer Jonathan Cohen or any relevant informations or even some guidance as a divorce lawyer was ridiculous. He gave me 0 information, I still don’t know how to proceed or even if he will be able to help me at all. The sense I got was like, this consultation is free and I am not going to do anything for you at all. Sorry! Pathetic ! Never going to. Hire this guy for anything and will definitely not refer him to anyone .

Andrew helped me with some estate planning and it was a fantastic experience he is amazing to work with and extremely fair with his billing. I fully intending on continuing to work with Andrew and his law firm in the future with my estate planning!

He never asked our side of the story and when we tried to share this with him he was very dismissive.

When an unexpected need for legal representation presented itself, I began an on-line search for a law firm. Reviews written by clients of Cohen and Winters, Attorneys at Law, pointed me in their direction and I phoned their Concord office and requested a consultation. The consultation led to my signing an agreement with attorney Andrew Winters for representation in a liability case. Attorney Winters, his paralegals, Heather and Krystal, have been thorough, supportive, and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!!

THE BIG LIAR...----KFOURY, WINTERS, CHABOT---TAKE LIE DETECTOR and get DISBARRED So I had Cohen from Sisti Law Office for over 8 months and then I  backed out as Cohen was inefficient, then judge Kfoury recommended Winters. So after over a year not budging on my not guilty plea with Cohen or Winters, 5 MINUTES BEFORE TRIAL WAS TO START, NOT IN MIDDLE OF TRIAL As WINTERS spewed out-Winters told me agreement with prosecutor Chabot reached and if I pled guilty to 2nd charge 1st would be dismissed-which is what I asked for from day 1! Not true, Winters lied to me by crossing out 1st charge verbiage in middle page of complaint but leaving in 1st charge cloaked with 2nd charge in military time at top page of complaint-2023 which is 8:23 pm civilians know time as - (reason Winters jumped up in court telling judge Kfoury/court I was pleading NOT GUILTY to 1st charge, right after Judge looked at plea and said surprisingly "guilty"?- Judge never told me himself what I was pleading guilty to as required by law!) I hired Winters not knowing he would work with prosecutor to "trick" me- TAKE LIE DETECTOR WINTERS-and get DISBARRED. Buyer Beware if you hire Winters for your attorney- whose more of snake oil salesman telling what you want to hear. And again defendant's in that notorious murder trial if hire a PI would discover ties between judge/prosecutor in my case and Winters getting "notorious murder" case (quid-pro-quo)-after teaming up with Attorney Cohen. LIE DETECTOR WILL CONFIRM WINTERS LIED TO ME! Imagine having the state assign an attorney to defend you in a "notorious murder" trial. And the Attorney the State assigns you threw his last client under the bus working with the prosecutor to convict his own client he was hired to defend (-quid pro quo-)-!(Judge also involved and never told defendant what he was pleading guilty to as required by law-the stuff worthy of a 'Dateline episode' CORRUPTION IN NH COURTS) Imagine all this confirmed with a lie detector-Winters lied to last client- and you have been rotting in Prison, after a guilty verdict with Andrew Winters, past 15+ years. Wouldn't you want new trial and substantial amount of money? How do you know your Defense Attorney today is not secretly working with prosecutor to convict you and enrich himself? Kristina Roberts is totally truthful about ANDREW WINTERS being a LIAR! Andrew Winters told his client and the court he was not pleading guilty to 1st charge, only the 2nd when in fact he lied! Winters conspired with prosecutor Chabot, (AND JUDGE) to convict his own client telling client (and standing up and telling Judge/ court) client was only pleading guilty to 2nd charge and was pleading not guilty to the 1st charge, when in fact client was un-knowingly pleading guilty to 1st and 2nd charge using military time cloaking both charges together- in return Andrew Winters got "Notorious" murder case to jumpstart his career (all on lies, DECEIT and corruption)! The prosecutor Chabot now confirmed by Sununu as a Judge-nice vetting- (great, corruption lives on in NH Courts- quid pro quo). Bottom line do not trust smiley Andrew Winters the liar-what goes around comes around. Judges, defense Attorneys and Prosecutors work together and break the Law. Due Diligence when seeking a Attorney or Law firm. Just like the Laurie list, Attorneys and Judges lie to enrich themselves. Google another Attorney, dime a dozen. YOU WANT TO RESPOND WINTERS? RESPOND BY TAKING LIE DETECTOR. OTHERWISE THIS STICKS WITH YOU. YOUR DAUGHTERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOU!
