I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Benjamin King. My mother-in-law hired Benjamin King for legal assistance. what ensued was an utter betrayal of trust and decency. During a time of immense grief following the tragic loss of my mother-in-law, Benjamin King chose to exploit our vulnerability by publicizing sensitive and deeply personal details about her passing on his social media. His actions were not only disrespectful but also callous and indicative of a complete disregard for human dignity. Despite numerous pleas to remove the posts out of respect for my mother-in-law and our family's privacy and healing, Benjamin King instead chose to block us, further exacerbating our distress. I urge anyone considering legal representation from Douglas, Leonard, & Garvey, P.C. to reconsider, as their Partners behavior demonstrates a blatant disregard for professional ethics and basic human decency. My hope is that by sharing this experience, others may be spared from similar harm.

I had a very complicated whistleblower case and because of the employees/business involved, no lawyer wanted to help me, I was told it would either be a conflict of interest and/or too big, too hard to take on. Thank god for Chuck and Samantha! They took my case and not only walked me through the case each step of the way, but they also provided the compassion, empathy, and morale support that I needed.
