Worked with Ben King for a workers comp case. He was completely incompetent. Was not organized or prepared when meeting with agencies etc. Unempathetic and distracted. Fresh out of law school??? Didn't seem too intelligent to me. I had to explain terminology and Injuries and often repeat doctors names, addresses etc.. Completely failed at representing HIS CLIENT.

After fighting for a year, my case went to trial, and because of Skip’s unparalleled skills the jury returned a not guilty verdict within about 15 minutes. Being in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong set of circumstances can result in a frightening situation for any citizen where you need to fight for your freedom. I literally owe Skip my life, and will be forever grateful to him and his outstanding staff.
