Lack of communication and follow-up from the lawyer's office
“Then no call no follow up, I called him on following days just to follow left voicemail, and left message with reception lady. Still no answer. After more than 4 weeks ! I receive a letter from Jason saying that he is not able to do our case because of medical issues, and nothing further....!!!”

Client felt let down and caused more stress due to lack of support
“That makes me wonder , is he the only attorney working in your offices. Mr.Leonard ??? If he is sick we understand and we wish to him good luck. But leave us with no feedback for over 4 weeks or maybe more and surprise my wife with such letter that doesn't make any sense and that is no acceptable. My wife has suffered enough and we do not want that a lawyer office make it worst instead of helping her to bring the justice.”
