I am an in-house bank attorney and had a very positive experience with Upton Hatfield in a complex real estate matter. Their expertise in real estate law was evident from the start, and they provided clear, strategic advice throughout the process. The team was thorough in their analysis and proactive in addressing potential challenges. Communication was consistent and straightforward. The attorneys and support staff were always accessible and responsive.

Spent 1- week going through a process of conflict checking. Once determined there was no conflict, they spent 2 hours of time with me asking me for information and e-mail to present to their high end lawyers. Another 1-1/2 weeks goes by and I'm finally told to busy with other cases to help. While Michelle was nice, I feel they just waste your time to see if you got a easy case they can win. Go to others who have more care for a clients interest. They just string you along. Should have looked at the 3.8 starts before talking with them. Not a good rating to start.

Big thanks to Heather and Brooke and Mickey for all their hard work. Truly appreciate it. I can now get on with my life. Thank you.

I lost thousands of dollars hiring this firm, they did absolutely nothing for me and years later I am still dealing with the same issues. The other party continues to violate the settlement agreement and they said “I need proof” even though I have showed them plenty of “proof”. They’re extremely lazy! Just overcharge you to hear you and not do anything. God has better things for me, I realized that Karma is real and they have and or will get what’s coming to them. But, No thanks to this firm. Unbelievable! Take your money elsewhere or just take your money and blow it out of the window instead. New Hampshire is the worst state in the U.S. next to Florida. I will never work another job here, as an employee you have zero protection and lawyers all know each other so good luck!

The partners, associates, and staff at Upton & Hatfield were extremely helpful in getting to a positive resolution of an employment discrimination matter. Heather, Lauren, and Brooke were the primary leads on the case. The entire legal team (including the support staff) was genuinely caring through a stressful situation. The experience and expertise of the team were very significant in getting to a successful outcome.

Horrible first impression… condescending and degrading I am not sure which location called me but it came up on my caller ID as Micky R. Snow… I’ve never called a law office before, this is all new to me. After leaving a voicemail at the practice, a woman called me back and asked if this was a good time to talk and I was actually on my way into an appointment so I asked if she could call me back at 12:30 and I get “yea” ..click.. she hung up!? Now I’m thinking was this is a scam call? Nope! she calls back at 12:30 we start to talk about the issues that occurred and she starts drilling me in the most condescending way and degrading way, telling me I’m not making sense to her and that I got a date screwed up. She kept interrupting me with “whoa whoa wait .. what? What do you mean???” and finally I just said “you know what you are not making me feel comfortable! if anything you are making me feel like I’m the one at fault! please disregard my call”. And I got in response in a very narcissistic tone “sorry you feel that way”…. WOW…
