Brian Germaine, was not an effective, professional attorney. He failed to renew a restraining order for me, which caused me to rush to the court and petition myself. Over a year and half through the divorce process, I met with him regularly, paid him promptly. When I brought sometime to his attention in court, he was offended. From there he turned against me, I decided to go with another attorney in Salem, NH. He agreed that was the best course of action. He sent me one last bill?, for no reason. He quickly without batting an eyelash put a lien on my house.

I turned to Germain & Blaszka thinking I could trust them after seeing their reviews and speaking with an attorney. The lawyer I spoke with was supposed to send out an appeal and NEVER DID! I’m absolutely shocked, wondering why I have to license to find out my “lawyer” DID NOT do his JOB! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Attorney Blaszka is an outstanding Attorney. I know of a few people from the community that have used him over the years to settle complex legal matters and he achieved outstanding results for them. Don left with me a lasting impression after the very first initial consult that he was extremely passionate about doing what was right on behalf of his client, and that he would work tirelessly at achiving the very best possible outcome.
