Attorney Phipps represented me in my divorce in 2021. He was incredibly professional, swift thorough, and advocates for the children like they are his own. A bulldog of an attorney. Highly recommended. His assistant Debra Jean is equally impressive. I'm actually hiring him again right now to help resolve some new issues.

This is the exact type of lawyer you want to avoid. He only cares about making money and never remembers your case. I hired him to help decide some things on a new parenting plan with my ex. After 5 months we were finally going to have a meeting with a mediator and to help decide where my daughter would be going to school and he rescheduled it to 2 weeks before school started because he was going on vacation. I fired him, obviously. Every time we emailed or talked I had to remind him of what I was trying to accomplish. He still had no idea by the end, and charged me a ton every time he "reviewed my case". He is the epitome of the stereotypes of lawyers.
