Unprofessional, disorganized, horrible temper, arrogant, not worth the money at all. Go elsewhere.

Awful experience. Attorney Nossiff has a terrible temper, yelled at us (his clients) on numerous occasions. He was unprepared. For example after months of "bankruptcy preparation" he didn't know how long we had lived in the state which caused further delays -- despite the fact that it was the first question I asked about when I called the office. Had I known we would have made much different financial decisions prior to filing. In the end, he didn't even represent us at the trustee's meeting -- a colleague from a different firm sat in for him. He hadn't even chosen what exemptions would be best for our situation prior to the trustee meeting and a week or so after the meeting the trustee herself made the decision. I would never use this attorney again.

Attorney Nossiff needs to work on his temper. He yelled at me on several occasions throughout our case and in general made a terrible time in my life much, much worse.

I had a consultation with Atty Nossiff for bankruptcy. Was very eager to work with him. He asked me to send him information and that he'd follow up with a company. Didn't hear from him for a month - contacted his office 3 times and spoke with his admin/paralegal and they kept saying they'd talk to him and figure out what was going on but they never returned my call. So guessing he didn't want my case and just didn't have the guts to tell me. Unprofessional.

Attorney Nossiff represented me in my divorce. He was easy to talk to you and really understood the process from A to Z. He was very prepared and strong in court. Knew how to get to the point. I could always reach him by phone or meet with him in the office. He was great about keeping me up to date on the paperwork and explaining the details. He has also represented other family members in personal injury and real estate matters. Intelligent, thorough and great attorney.

At first he was great but then he changed. He yelled at me on numerous occasions and felt bad for my x-husband and was swayed in his direction and I was losing everything and he yelled at me and wanted me to settle. I had to hire a new lawyer 6 mths down the road and found out that he hadn't filed any of the documents with the court and had to start at square one which prolonged the divorce, court proceedings. Also because I was beyond the discovery date I was put in a huge disadvantage. Basically had to pay alot of legqal fees and got nothing in return but pain and suffering.
