Jennifer Goodsell did an outstanding job of handling the closing for a recent real estate purchase. She kept all pertinent parties informed on the status of the transaction. She was very knowledgeable in identifying areas that needed attention and worked to get this addressed with the seller's attorney. She went above and beyond in answering the buyer's questions in a timely manner. She kept the buyer calm when obstacles presented themselves. She was very thorough, responsive and knowledgeable. She responded to issues after normal business hours and kept on top of the outstanding items from the seller's attorney. I've worked with several other attorneys and Jennifer Goodsell is the best.
