Unlike many attorneys, Randall is not driven by money but rather by his extensive knowledge and down-to-earth nature. I have no doubt in my mind that I will recommend him to others and personally utilize his services in court if the need ever arises for a landlord attorney. The consultation was about five minutes short not as they mention an hour free consultation. he was on another call twice. cuts me off and assumes i have no money to pay him, first tells me mh cse has no way that he would ever win but tells me he needs 30000_40000 to start, then repeats it will never win. ys well.. you can look around but no lawyer will take your case. but it would be too much for me and tells me thats some lawyers go on tv saying that you dont pay unless you win that is not me i need to be sure i get paid.

My Landlord intended to sell the property I was renting, and terminated our lease early. Randall was a huge help. He was able to answer all my questions about the lease agreement, NH landlord/tenant rights law, and how they all applied to my particular situation.
