The law firm of Wyatt and Assoicates did a fair job guiding me through the process. I would like to see a little more communication between client and lawyer as this would help obtain better understanding of what the client was going through to project a better understanding. The office staff communicated effectively and kept me informed of any meetings that I had to attend.

absolute joke, refer/contacted through nolo.com as seeing advertisement on instagram/facebook but totally different. I believe they are looking to making money by themselves by wanting high profile customer or better settlement case, rather than assisting everyday struggling people.

Well I guess this is why you pay a retainer, and don’t look for a contingency attorney. I had Lilly Goldman/goldberg? Idk and idc what her name is, because she clearly didn’t care about me and my potential case. She rescheduled my “ consultation” the night before and moved my appointment from 5:pm New Year’s Eve to 8:30 am New Year’s Eve. I obliged, and in return I was not given a chance to speak besides 3 words to Lilly, and she raises her volume to speed talk over you and everything important. Literally did not care what my case was about and rushed me for one word answers. Told me she couldn’t help me after 40 seconds on the phone? Does that sound professional to you. It was quite clear Lilly had plans New Year’s Eve, and it didn’t include doing her job, and having a legitimate consultation. She would rather speed read her way to the next New Year’s party. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. You are wasting your time. Find a reputable attorney and pay a retainer. These guys/ ladies are TEMU attorneys.

Wyatt and Associates not only made a great case for discriminatory firing under the ADA, the employer fixed the problem that started this. I attribute that to their nuclear arguments to state agencies and negotiating skills with the other side.

Wasted almost two years big my time and revictimized me when they after telling me I could win that I’d have to file and pay out of pocket for stuff they were supposed to do to give up is what they told me to do so basically telling me to go F myself they didn’t think I have a case anymore after they told me I could win worst experience ever wasted almost 2 years of my time
