Surprise billing and issues with withdrawing as an attorney
“He had surprise-billed me after he had said I was good on retainers and fees previously. Now I'm having to lidigate pro se the previous issues not addressed and I can't get my file (which I desperately need) because he withdrew as my attorney without informing me and won't respond to ANY of my emails requesting it.”
