Explained all my options in clear, concise language that I could understand. Everything was done in an extremely timely manner. Costs were clearly explained, up front, and were quite reasonable.

I am totally impressed by Cathy's command of the Divorce process. She completely outperformed my ex-wife's attorney, who charged multiples of what Cathy charged. Cathy's counsel helped me work through all the issues and helped me separate the important ones from those that were less important. Cathy was available for meetings and phone calls when I needed them. I recommend her without hesitation.

Catherine McKay represented me during my extremely contentious divorce. My former husband hid assets, tried to dodge child support, alimony, college payments -etc. Throughout the entire process Cathy was superb- a calm, fair but super smart voice of reason in a highly volatile situation. Thanks to Cathy my children and I ultimately triumphed in the NH court system - holding an extremely devious and dishonest individual accountable in a calm and legal fashion. Cathy is a talented lawyer who I trust implicitly. By only does she solve the immediate problem at hand -but looks at the broader picture to overcome obstacles in the future. Cathy handled my divorce. While it was simple at the front end - 5 years later provisions were contested all the way to the Supreme Court. Cathy's proactive approach was a godsend and our original agreement was upheld by NH Supreme Court. Can't say thank you enough. She is a fair, pragmatic problem solver who doesn't look to create enemies of the parties. She tries to find common ground- and a place of equity. That focus to fairness coupled with her looking for any potential weaknesses in an agreement and mitigating them make her the best lawyer out there.

When I had my first consultation with Mrs. McKay, I was nervous due to the amount of information I had to share that was very personal. Having to have a lawyer in your life because of circumstances that can't be handle without one, I feel lucky she represented me in the difficult circumstances I had and have to deal with in my day to day life. Mrs. McKay kept things in perspective and knew the law. She listened and then offered her opinion without judgment at anytime. I hired Catherine Mckay to handle my divorce case. Catherine has certainly met all my expectations so far. The issues of my divorce quickly escalated and Catherine handled them with ease. Her quickness and attention to detail proved successful in an ex parte motion. I feel like I've won 10 out 10 battles so far so I have no criticism. What I like most is Catherine's fairness to both parties involved and how she sets realistic expectations for me.
