Attorney Dan DeBruyckere and his staff can be described in a single word “outstanding”. They are super knowledgeable in their field, informative, patient and courteous, give you as much time and attention as you will need to ask questions and feel comfortable with the final work product. My wife and I met with Attorney Dan Debruyckere and discussed concerns we had about our son and the Special Needs Trust. As an attorney, he reviewed the trust with us and assured us that at this time the trust is secure and does not need to be changed. We feel comfortable knowing that if negative circumstances occur that affect the trust, we could ask for a revision. We thank Attorney Debruyckere for taking the time with us to discuss our concerns and to explain legalities of the trust.

Went to a seminar 3+ years ago and then met with Mr. Debruyckere. I was somewhat skeptical until we had a chance to sit down with him one on one. The meeting was more specific to my situation and focused on very specific matters that needed to be taken.
The results were a real sense of accomplishment and a sense of security. Our three (3) year follow up meeting was brief yet useful to address some questions. Going forward.

Daniel Debruyckere and his Law Firm views every client as part of their family. My wife and I recently attended our complimentary review of our Trust documents.
