My husband never thought that citizenship would be possible for him. We met with Enrique and he patiently explained the process and what documentation we would need to obtain and provide with the application and at the interview. He also went over the application and interview process with us, what to expect and how to prepare properly. My wife and I have been together for a long time and she trusts no one. I paid a high priced lawer in Concord to look at her file and see if they could help but after $1000.00 we had nothing. My K1 visa wife and I were singled out by USCIS for a broad-based RFE after our first interview that felt very threatening. Attorney Mesa met with us for about half an hour and reviewed our RFE making suggestions. We modified the RFE and sent it in. Approved. Cost = $0. We hired Enrique after being dismissed by another Attorney who refused to take our case. It looks our case was a very difficult one and with low or null possibilities to win and the other lawyer had a reputation to keep he said.
