After speaking with a few different lawyers I went ahead and hired Attorney Chen. He was very understanding and helped me through the entire process. He defininately seemed to care more about me and my case than some other lawyers who just seemed to want my case for the money.

I had a couple of glasses of wine with dinner with some friends and got pulled over for not having my lights on. The cop said I failed the tests but I thought I did good on them. He then arrested me for DUI. I called a few lawyers. After speaking with them I hired Attorney Hynes to help me fight my case. I was nervous to have a trial but didn't want to take a plea for something I didn't do. Thankfully, I was found not guilty.

Police charged me with aggravated DWI after being in a motorcycle accident and having a high blood test.I was worried about a felony dwi. Dan kept me out of jail.

Even though I lost my license for refusing the breath test, he recommended having the hearing so we could question the officer. Another lawyer I spoke to before Dan said the hearings were a waste of time and recommended not having it.
