I have referred several clients to Lonnie the past couple years all have been extremely satisfied with his service. I I myself needed Lonnies service in a dispute with a previous Multi million dollar company who had been unwillingly to pay monies owed to me for several months. It was a complex situation involving a bank closure and funds being held in an escrow by a third party. One of the things that impressed me the most is the way Lonnie looked to me as the "expert" in the field where the dispute was and educated himself on the field, business practices etc to better help resolve our case in the end outside of long drawn legal proceeding. Lonnie handled himself in a firm but professional manner in dealing with a multi million dollar company and their legal team and resources, what seemed like a monumental task he simplified and got results. In these situations it is still good to know that the little guy still has a chance that is Corporate America. I had the privledge of working with Attorney McCaffrey on several occasions with being a landlord and homebuyer.
