I could not ask for a better lawyer. Mark Osborne has stood by and helped me throughout numerous situations over the past seven years, Most recently a DUI case. First and foremost, I cannot thank Justin enough for his assistance! He did such a quick and smooth job for a DUI case from 2008. His phone & email correspondence was prompt and efficient, especially me with being out of state. He was able to get me a court date while I was in town and we were in and out of court quickly. He also got 2 other charges dropped. He explained all of my rights and advised me on what the best option was for me. He got me the minimum fines for my case as well! Justin was also very reasonable with legal fees and flexible with payment. As you can see, Justin has the best interest for his clients. I got myself in some trouble and from the day i met mark he knew he could help. Even with a crazy ex-wife telling the DA in my case awful things he was able to avoid any jail time with minimal fines. He even showed up on another case he wasn't even signed up to do. There isn't a lawyer in New Hampshire that will work harder for you no matter how bleak your case looks. Don't pay a lawyer who doesn't care, over charges or doesn't contact you while your case is going on. I knew from the start when/where/what was happening to the finish. Mark was able to keep me from a jail sentence and be able to raise my children. That alone is enough for any person to retain his service. thank you Mark!

Mark and his associates were nothing but honest and up front with my 2ND offense DWI case. Walking into their office I was very worried about my court date. While I spoke to Mark he told me he was not going to beat around the bush and told me exactly what I was facing with this charge but he reassured me he'd give me his best efforts. While waiting for my court date he was very quick to respond to any questions I had and looked through my case very throughly and found certain clues that would eventually help us win our case in court. All in all I was very pleased with how he handled my case how inexpensive his service was compared to any local lawyer around the state. Mark you're the man and thank you for everything!
