Shepherd and Osborne and their legal assistant Ms. Schipilliti were all incredibly helpful and friendly people. They are both affordable and reliable. I never had trouble getting in contact with them or their office. They were able to take my charge for marijuana possession and make sure I would not get a conviction provided I take a simple online course. Definitely would recommend.

Mark Osborne is just simply AMAZING! My fiancé' had 2 charges for defending himself. One was a misdemeanor for Criminal Threating and after several months he got that charge completely dismissed. The second charge was 2nd degree assault with a deadly weapon. This felony charge alone was a 3.5-7 year prison sentence. This second case has gone on for a year now with not much progress on the states side, after a year Mark has successively beat this charge as we'll with 1 year good behavior and forfeit the gun in the police's possession an after a year it will get removed off his record. Mark has been NOTHING but excellent on all angles. He has always been early for court dates, very thorough with the reports an presenting our case to the judge. I would use Mark in ANY legal situation now or in the future should it arise. If you need legal advise GO TO SHEPHERD AND OSBORNE! You won't be sorry. They are SO good with communication and they take their time to explain anything and everything to you and any questions you have. What i loved most is I asked a lot of questions an they always took the time to listen to everything I had to say an answer each an every question without brushing me off or trying to get me out of the office quickly. These two gentlemen are without a doubt in my mind the absolute epitome of what outstanding representation should be. One couldn't ask for a better pair to go to battle for you in what can be a massively confusing, overcomplicated, and often unfair legal system. I truly can't say enough good things about these guys, but I'm going to give it a shot. I faced charges several years ago through a series of circumstances which could have left me in a very serious predicament, and the first thing that impressed me was how quickly they responded to my case. No sooner had a couple of phone calls been made than Justin and Mark were going to bat for me, and the sheer tenacity and dedication they brought behind every step in the process made me feel genuinely comfortable with an otherwise very uncomfortable situation. They both took the time to explain every detail of my case, every avenue we could (and they did, true to their word) explore, and exactly what they expected as our best overall outcome. To make that long story short, instead of possibly looking at spending anywhere from six months to seven years in a very small, very unpleasant cell. thanks to these guys, I went home to my family and never returned to that courtroom again. You can't ask for a better outcome than that. To put it plainly, their prediction for my best outcome, due to their hard work and dedication, not only exceeded my expectations but the outcome in the end turned out to be better than all predictions. Even when the judge hearing my case was changed at the very last minute before going to the stand, Justin and Mark exuded confidence, professionalism, preparedness, and the sheer force of will it took to stand tall, handle the situation, and get me back where I needed to be on the road to putting it all behind me. They're an incredibly well-matched pair, and you'd be hard-pressed to find two guys better suited to the task who really, really know their stuff, know how the prosecution works in depth, and know how to anticipate and respond effectively to each and every 'attack' leveled at them. Brilliant behind the desk fighting for you, and absolute fire in the courtroom. I couldn't have asked for a better team to represent me, and I'm infinitely glad I found them. These guys will fight, fight hard, and won't give up. Years after the fact, I still keep in touch with them, and always keep their numbers on hand just in case, so I'll always know who to call first if I ever find myself in a sticky situation again (thankfully that hasn't been necessary, I just keep in touch with them because they're genuinely good folks, and I'm privileged to know them both.) I visited the Law Office of Shepherd & Osborne in Feb. 2015 for help with my case. It was a very stressful point in my life. I met with attorney Justin Shepherd, explained my situation, and was surprised at how quickly he was able to offer me guidance and support. He dove right in, offering his expertise for my case, answering all of my questions, and completely putting my mind at ease. Words can"t describe how highly I esteem Justin Shepherd. My name is Brian and I was on parole when I was charged with habitual operation of a motor vehicle after suspension. After my arrest I was appointed an attorney from the public defenders office. This attorney told me that there was little she could do for me because it was basically an "open and shut case" that the state was going to win. After she made several bad moves and my spending 3 months trying to communicate with her from jail to no avail, I fired her. I was then sent to the prison on a parole violation and luckily ended up Justin Shepherd as my attorney. Justin came to my parole revocation hearing with briefs for all the board members in hand. I could tell by the looks on the board members faces that they had rarely if ever seen an attorney so well prepared for a hearing of this type. My parole officer was seeking a 2 year set back which would have cost me 2 years of my life on top of the possible 2 1/2 years the state was seeking on the driving case in prison. By the end of the hearing, Justin did such a great job that the board was telling my parole officer that they didn't want to hear any more he had to say and that they were granting Justin's request that I only serve 90 days. ( Some of you may be familiar with SB52 and think that the board gave me the 90 days because this bill forced them to. Not true because I was on parole for driving and the board very well could have and in most cases like mine HAVE given MORE than the 90 days. ) As for the open case that the state was vehemently seeking 2 1/2 years on - DISMISSED! Justin filed a Motion To Suppress the evidence due to the illegality of the stop and after arguing said motion in court,- WON! And this was a case that the previous attorney said was "open and shut" for the state. I've had several attorneys in my day and Justin Shepherd is by far the best I've seen. Not only is he a thoroughly capable attorney that is 100% involved with your case from start to finish - doing his own research and drafting his own motions, but he cares about his clients and treats them like equals. If you need an attorney, you will not be disappointed with your choice of going with him!
