We hired Mark Osborne for my husband's driving case. This case could have made him a habitual offender which he could have lost his license for, and Mark was able to drop the entire charge. We knew right away that we wanted to hire him even after meeting with a few other lawyers. He was very personable, honest, and respectful. We would recommend him to everyone we know! About 8 months ago I was arrested for a DWI, while parked at a closed convenient store in NH. There were no signs of distress coming from my vehicle so I was completely caught off guard when I looked behind me to see parked blue lights. The officer walked over then commanded at me, "do not exit the vehicle, put down your phone" so naturally I did just that.. I'm a 26 year old women with a clean record, amazing job an hour away and no experience with the cops. Unfortunately I took the breathalyzer test which was 0.16 and took the blood test as well. Yeah I know, dumb. So clearly I had no idea what I gotten myself into. Mark Osborne took my case on with finesse and deserves a metal. We filed a motion to suppress all charges based on the stop not being probable, went to court recently, and won! NEVER again. I had a crimmal case that the public defenders could not do, because a conflict of interest ARISEN a week before trial, there actual words. So i needed a confict lawyer and I was given to shepard and osbourne. Looked them up and i see they got good reviews so i thought good ......WRONG. I met with him once in his office before the trial. Trial time is 12:45 he shows up at 1:30-1:40. Almost an hour late reason given to me a DENTISTS appointment yes you read that right a dentist appointment. Now if i was paying normal fee for this i bet he wouldnt of been late at all. Other hearings are going on, and he sits and talks to the prosecutor for a whole minute if that. Thus is the first time period he has talked to him the day of the trial. So now i have six months hanging over my head with im kicking myself for accepting thw offer. Similar case which the guy assulted his wife in front of an officer and only got 3 months suspended and mine was just an email with no threats. I mentioned going to trial and his eyes lit up like pie plates. So if your paing them maybe good but if you're a throw away pro bono case GOOD LUCK. I even called 2 days after the trial and that was about a month ago still no call back.
