I am truly blown away by my experience with Justin Shepherd. A very close person to me got into some trouble and I was an emotional crying mess. I started to google local defense attorneys late at night, in the middle of this person getting arrested. I was desperate and called the number listed on google thinking I would leave a message. Turns out, Justin answered the phone immediately and was so kind about the situation at hand. He talked me off of a ledge and gave me valuable guidance and information on what to do. I must have called and texted him multiple times that night and over the next week. He was so patient and understanding! Being the business woman that I am, I decided to call other attorneys to make sure we were in good hands. I spoke with another local defense attorney who literally put the fear of god into me while at the same time he informed me of his price which was going to cost $30,000! Low and behold, I knew Justin was our guy. He will always get right back to you. He is VERY intelligent in his field and has connections, which matters. Justin is the type of person who will go all out for you, yet he keeps you calm. We are so happy with his service, dedication and good heart. He's a solid attorney..you want him on your side!

I won't go into details about how the police kinda double scr*wed me (with my previously completely-clean record) over into a terrible and unfair jail-time position...but they did. And after pouring out my story to Attorney Osborne, he listened to and believed me - he literally saved my life and made the process as painless as possible- No jail time, no record! Proper justice in an otherwise corrupt world. If I ever run into any problems again, I know what office I will be calling. I will recommend them to anyone in need - 100%.

Literally the most incredible lawyers you could find in NH. Mark Osbourne was not only the sweetest and most compassionate guy to talk to about my arrest experience which Gave me so much comfort..but he's a badass lawyer! He Knows most NH police prosecutors and is more than likely to use that to your advantage if he can. He definitely did in my case. It is WORTH the money, trust me! I was being charged with 3 felonies and 2 misdemeanors and he got me off the ENTIRE thing and even got the arrest itself annulled. He got me off over $10,000 in fines!! I didn't have to pay a cent other than hiring this amazing man for a flat rate of $2,000. He saved me over $8,000! ITS A NO BRAINER. Hire him if you got in trouble in NH. When I showed up for our 1st court hearing..His smiling face greeted me outside the court room, pulled me aside into a separate room and told me he felt so bad for my story (got full blown tricked by a sleazy hollis cop, just the worst luck ever) and goes "how would u like to not even go into the courtroom right now? I made a deal with the prosecutor this am and got you off the entire thing. No charges, no record of arrest. You can go home now." I almost died, I couldn't believe my ears. I did not even need to stand infront of the judge, got back in my car and cried tears of joy for how grateful I was to have hired this amazing man for my case. He crushed it! I didn't have to do a thing. Trust me, you want to hire these guys. I recommend them 100% over any court appointed lawyer or any lawyer around. You won't regret it.

When I was faced with an unfair arrest with multiple charges including DUI and drug charges I was referred to Mark Osborne by a family friend. Man, happy is an overstatement to say the least. I have been completely over-joyed with my experience with Mark, his staff, services and freedom they have provided. Firstly Mark is one of the most pleasant people I have met since I have moved to NH and his secretary Krista is equally as wonderful. They are so prompt to retuning calls and answering any questions that I had during my whole ordeal. Working with Mark on my case was just a pleasure and he made me feel at ease the whole time while we where dealing with an extremely stressful situation. From our first meeting I knew I was in great hands and he was compelling to watch at the multiple trials we attended. I am a very pessimistic person and Mark was constantly a flickering light in the dark for me the whole time. I was found NOT GUILTY on every single charge I was facing and soon Mark will be helping me yet again with the process of expunging the arrest from my record. I have already recommended one of my co-workers to him ( I hadn't even gotten half way threw my ordeal when I recommended my co-worker to Mark, I knew he would be in great hands) and I plan to recommend many other people to him when facing troubles with the "man"! Heaven forbid that I need Marks services again but if I ever find myself in trouble again he will be the first to call! I cannot recommend his services enough. They are absolutely 10/10 ,A++, 110% fantastic and hardworking at Shepherd and Osborne. ***Mark receives extra brownie points as well for being a dashing dresser and having a great sense of humor***

I can only think of good things to say about this firm. Justin is an outstanding lawyer that gets the job done. He has always delivered on time even in last minute situation.
