If I ever need legal assistance in New Hampshire again, my one and only call will be to Tim Bush. He was extremely professional and empathetic. He made you feel like he really was in it with you! I was arrested for a DUI, Disobeyeing a police officer and later charged with unlawful passing of a school bus, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct. Mr. Bush got the DUI down to a reckless op violation, and only 1 misdemeanor.

I reached out to Tim Bush when my son was in trouble, facing felonious charges. Attorney Bush sat with us and listened to my son’s circumstances, taking the time required to listen to everything my son had to say. I had run into some trouble in August 2016, I had contacted Mr. Bush and set up an appointment. Attorney Bush contacted me within A couple of days to follow up. I hired Attorney Bush, to represent me with my DWI case, hands down was more professional than any attorney I had met with. Tim Bush was referred to me by a friend, and I am forever grateful to that friend!! I was facing felony charges that could have ruined my career, and I went to consult with Attorney Bush. Within 10 minutes I knew I wanted him defending me. He listened to me and was very understanding! It was quite a process, but he was effective and efficient! He fought for me and won!! What seemed like there was no hope I talked with Tim on the phone and I knew I had the right person. I saw a little light at the end of the tunnel. My circumstances were not too promising, but with his effort I couldn't of hoped for a better outcome. He was up front with me about everything and explained the process that was ahead for me so I had not surprises, which I appreciated. He was understanding of my situation and it showed. My conviction was reduced and I am getting my license back in half the time I was expecting too.

Couldn't have picked a better attorney! Tim bush took my case and kept me updated throughout the process. Professional and understanding. He knows prosecutors and defenders in the area and will also give good advice. My case ended well with a violation. No misdemeanor. I would highly recommend him.

Tim helped me with a hands-free violation. I drive for a living and already have a ticket on my license, adding this violation would have been detriment to my work requirements. He helped me get an agreement that would work for both parties and I will not have any additional points on my license. Very nice to work with.
