Lyndsay is the absolute best at what she does! She is knowledgeable, kind and professional. Lyndsay assisted me in starting my business when I truly knew nothing on the subject. Ms. Robinson is such a wonderful attorney. And her paralegal is amazing too. They both treat you with respect and care. Going through a divorce is not easy. Having these two women on your side legally, is just what you need. Ms. Robinson knows the law and will fight for you and she is also honest every step of the way. She understands the stress you may be feeling and compassionately walks you through the whole process. She is there when I need her and will call back when she has a free moment. 5 stars is not enough! I’d give this law firm extra stars if I was allowed!!

My case was family law related & as a parent, I was nervous; how do I handle this, what will court be like, what's the next step? Lyndsay Robinson was deceptive and dishonest from the moment she was contacted by my Massachusetts attorney (who is enthusiastic about the case, but needs a NH attorney to work in this State). He explained to her that a contingency case was the only way for me to work with an attorney. Despite the fact that Bernazzani Law, as she explained a week later at the end of our meeting, “does not take contingency cases,” she failed to mention that fact and urged him to tell me to make an appointment. I made an appointment and waited a week for that meeting believing that Ms. Robinson was sincerely interested in my case having already discussed it with my Mass attorney. For an hour I sat in her office going over the details of the case, she took notes and acted interested. Then suddenly at the end, she said, “This law firm doesn’t take contingency cases. Here’s my card. Call me if you need me.” (In other words, when I get the money to pay her up front.) Stunned, I told her I need her now and asked why she had wasted my time. She got very defensive. (I got the impression she has to fill a quota of intake interviews per week and that’s why I was urged to come in.) My Mass attorney called her to discover why she had failed to mentioned to him that Bernazzani Law does not take contingency cases when he had been clear with her. She embarked on a character assassination and a belittling of my case that was cold, cruel, cynical and above all untrue. Ms. Robinson is a privileged white girl who has no business splashing the word “compassionate” next to her name.
