Kent was able to negotiate a settlement on our behalf that not only paid the Medicare expenses but also our bills and covered lost wages We would not have been so lucky or successful in this pursuit without Kent’s assistance. As a small business owner and unexpectedly finding myself in need of legal representation. My experience meeting the team and working with Kent was more like making friends and gaining a partner. They were objective, listened to my concerns and frankly took the stress from me and I never had to worry about the process. I live in California. I made arrangements with these attorney's, for my family who lives in NH, to do three simple wills, along with power of attorney's for financial and health. I asked for a flat fee as I would be paying the attorney's bill. They gave me a price that we both agreed upon. Then the next day, (after I had already notified my family members & told other attorneys' that we had found our attorney), they sent an email stating that it would cost more than they had agreed too, "so, sorry hope it didn't caused you any inconvenience!" Don't use these people. They don't keep their word and have no integrity. Very unethical business.
