Ineffective. My experience with Ken Murphy is not a good one. Mr. Murphy was engaged in August 2022 and did not produce until late November. It was a half page “demand letter “ that had no return receipt, no respond date, and was never acknowledged as received. I found out in January 2023. Mr. Murphy then wrote me an email stating he “could not represent me due to communication issues.” An honorable man would refund all fees for lack of performance after his resignation.

During this time is the hardest days of my life .Not sure that it will get much better for the future. But not having to worry about the legal stuff is a blessing. Thank you very much to your team and staff. All you do is greatly appreciate

James is the best worker’s compensation attorney. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings.
