I worked with Belinda and from the get go she was great to work with. I am the one responsible for the actions i took by not paying a bill and i am sure she deals with every kind of rudeness every day. She repeatedly praised me and made me feel good that I was treating her like a human being. I cannot imagine having a job like hers that is very demanding and deals with the rudest of the rude and meanest of the mean at times. No one likes to get a call about owing but at least those on the line can make is as painless and pleasant as possible.

Peter Gallo was more helpful and courteous than my wife and I could’ve ever hoped for! There was a lien on the title to our home and we were going to close on another house we were buying in just a few days. The attorney for the bank wanted more proof than just a receipt that the debt that caused the lien was paid in full. I called and luckily was able to speak to Peter Gallo, who expeditiously took care of everything the attorney for the bank needed so my wife and I could close on time. If he hadn’t done that, everything would’ve been delayed and caused so much grief and anxiety and tension, as you can imagine. Because of all the work Peter did for two people he doesn’t even know, all of the stress and grief was prevented. Thank you forever Peter!
