A compliment for a debt collector sounds like an oxymoron. However, I have to give it to Peter Gallo for not being the average debt collector. He was pleasant and professional to deal with on every occasion we spoke. Thank you Peter. If I fall behind on my bills in the future (God forbid). I hope I get to work with you.

So i finally had to pay off my collectilns bill from 5 years ago. and i realmy had no idea how to go about this. the debt collector MCM website was super confusing but listed the law firm on my bill. so i figured id call them and ask before i made such a big payment to make sure i was doing the right thing. i spoke to the sweetest woman named Belinda, she was super helpful and explained to me every step of the way what she was doing and why, giving me the email receipt, why she was taking my info and what she was using it for, she really took her time with me i never felt rushed at all. explained to me that i was right in time or i wouldve gottin sued and to call her direct line (the number she gave me) if i gor a court summons because with the virus she could t say for sure how quickly things were being processed or if they were even in their office. she was very personable and made me feel more comfortable about having ignored the debt my 22 year old self dug me into. and the whole transaction only took like 20 minutes if that. it went smooth and quick even when she had go explain so much to me.

This firm was assigned with collection of a small debt of mine. I was finally able to put together the money to fully pay off my debt and decided to call them directly. I got on the phone with a representative right away. Lauren Sargent was such a big help, she was patient and answered all of my questions. She helped me get my payment processed and was awesome to talk with. Most people are not looking forward to handing over money to pay off anything. I was excited to get mine paid off and it was nice to have such a kind and patient person to work with. Thank you so much!

The best experience ever working with payment of a debt!!!!!! Lauren Sargeant, the woman who helped me, went above and beyond! She was kind, patience, and extremely helpful. I have worked collections in the past and know just how well Lauren worked with me. We worked out a payment plan that is affordable for me and will get the debt off my back!! She truly has a great way of dealing with people!

I had a $500+ debt and Kim Bennett worked really well with me throughout the handful of years I was paying it off. Today, I learned my debt was done and it was bittersweet. I was so happy I had achieved a goal but I was going to miss Kim a lot. She was always accommodating if I was going through financial troubles and did her best to help me wherever she could. She made this experience as painless as it could be and if you have to deal with this, definitely work with her!!
