From the first appointment to the final signing this firm has been outstanding! Everyone my husband and I met in person and on the phone was exceptionally courteous and very knowledgeable. Everyone has been patient and understanding. This is a long process and they explain everything in detail. And they want to make sure you are comfortable and understand every single detail. I believe in hiring professionals, and every one exceeded my expectations. One of the best practices they have is telling you how much the trust and or will, will cost upfront. This is not something that you can do online ( unless you have nothing). People have to understand that you not only have to be specific in your wishes, but you also have to fund the trust. My husband and I went to an informal seminar this past summer to learn about trusts and wills. The seminar was extremely helpful making the decision to move forward setting up our trust. I visited this place and was just looking for information. I left my email address with them, and they sent me an email with a link to one of their seminars, of course, and their Grand Poobah blurts this out... ""But the most rewarding experience, and some of you may be able to identify with this, is having grandchildren. I like to tell people that grandchildren are god's reward for not killing your kids." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! In the first 2 minutes of this video that you're forced to watch, he brings this up? I went there looking for advice about my wife who has Alzheimer's, and this is what he says???
