Very good service and knowledgeable was what i needed and wanted for estate planning

Having just completed the review of the Trust documents provided I am pleased with the completeness of the effort. My wife and I had put off this effort long enough. We attended an open house presentation and both felt comfortable with moving forward with this process. Our needs were met and the Trust output exceeded my expectations. Nice to have this completed and hope the pages yellow from age prior to the need for my daughter to execute the details contained in the document. Thank you Rob and Candy Baker

Con artists at best, taking advantage of the elderly. That has been my impression with this company and I will be sure to let anyone I know to stay far away from them. It starts with a mailer to your home inviting you to a free steak dinner so they can explain and sell their services to you. Based on the information my mother told us before her death, DeBruyckere was not forthcoming with the details on how her trust was being formed. They charged her $6,700 to form a trust with nothing more than a house, savings account and investment account in it (WAY more than competing attorney offices). After her death, I had a meeting at their offices where they held ALL of the details of her trust hostage unless I was willing to pay another $2,500 for them to execute it for us. I declined, and after that it took a significant number of phone calls and emails for them to cooperate. This is predatory behavior and the trustee's of the deceased have no idea because the loved one is no longer with us to defend anything. Putting assets in a revocable trust can be very confusing and complex, but the attorneys and staff made it easy. They did an exceptional job of explaining each step and guided us through the process with exceptional knowledge of the law and how we can protect our assets for the next generation. We feel very lucky that a friend recommended them to us and we would highly recommend them to others.
