I highly recommend Attorney Fredericks for anyone navigating the adoption process. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, diligent, and sensitive to our family's needs. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, making sure we understood what to expect alongthe way. Her responsiveness and attentiveness made us feel supported and confident throughout. She truly walked us through the entire journey, providing clarity and guidance at every turn. We are so grateful for her expertise and compassionate approach.

I ran up every credit card and gave her every penny I had. Paid her over $12000 assuming we were in it until the end. I was wrong. A couple of months in, she demanded more money. I explained I had given her. all I had & could I please pay her off monthly? She was not having it. She dropped me and I had to go through my divorce without representation. I was completely taken advantage of my husband and his attorney. Left broke and without a lawyer. Three years later, and I am still suffering the consequences of what she did to me. My ex husband is still laughing . STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER! PS I am leaving an anonymous review because when anyone leaves a bad review, she attacks them publicly, hence the reason there aren’t many bad reviews.

Found out AFTER the fact that she was friends with, and had worked with, my ex ‘s lawyer. She told me she didn’t know him. Ran up the bill, and then dropped me after maxing out my credit card.

I was handed to Dianna from Bill Goodwin halfway through my divorce case which was very contentious and damaging to my kids. Mr. Goodwin wrote a settlement agreement which left me no protection from an ex-wife who alienated my daughter from me and my entire extended family, and left me bare to being treated like an inhuman college wallet, and zero input to my daughter's college choices. Unfortunately my daughter suffered and I just learned failed out of her university after 2 years. At times I felt that Diana's (and Bill's) professional relationship with opposing attorney was more important to them than providing zealous representation for me! Indeed I now see that Diana provided a glowing endorsement of the opposing attorney on AVVO during my case! My ex-wife's attorney, on the other hand, was outstanding; she zealously represented her client at all times. She insulted me nearly constantly, with barely a response from Bill or Diana. In fact, during one of our telephone conferences I became upset with the pleasantries that were being exchanged between opposing lawyers, to which Bill asked me, "don't you have colleagues?" Basically, I think Diana did the best she could with the poor settlement agreement drafted and misrepresented to me by Bill Goodwin. On balance, I think Dianna is a competent attorney, smart and articulate. The only criticism and suggestion would be to keep the professional attorney vs. attorney relationship secondary to zealous representation of your own client. The opposing attorney in my case did a much better job in this regard. I like Diana and wish her well!

I hired Diana Fredericks as the attorney for my divorce after seeing dozens of positive comments about her on Facebook. It's difficult to find divorce attorneys that specialize in collaborative divorce, yet can be aggressive if need be. I tend to be a non-aggressive person, and was very naive in many ways throughout my divorce, whereas my husband at the time was exactly the opposite. Diana made sure my voice was heard and that I received what I was entitled to throughout the process. At the conclusion of my divorce, my husband admitted to me that although he had the utmost respect for his attorney, he felt I definitely hired the better attorney. Diana is the best.

Diana was very organized, knew what to ask and what to say, and was highly effective communicating with other lawyer and all parties involved. She produced a plan, explained the plan, adjusted the plan when needed, and helped me achieve a fair divorce at the lowest cost possible. Two other lawyers just wasted my time and money.

Diana personally returns calls Immediately. Diana responds to emails immediately. Diana has a professional touch in everything she does. Diana never waste your money every penny counts. I've been trying to get divorced for over 3 years. Diana has accomplished more in 6 months then my previous two lawyers. I am very lucky to find her. last 3 years Diana took my case 6 months ago and I've got more accomplished in 6 months then in three years.

From my first conversation with Diana, I immediately became aware of her integrity and commitment, and moreover, the passion she exudes for her work. Any concern I raised was immediately addressed. A year ago I met with Diana, and she was upfront and honest, didn't give any false hopes that I had a case. I began my divorce with a good lawyer, and then things with my spouse began to get really nasty. I needed a lawyer who could help me get this divorce over with quickly and with a fair financial settlement. (I had retraining orders against my spouse, Police involvement, etc…) Someone that I know recommended Diana as a Lawyer who had a reputation of "getting the job done". I called her and she cleared her schedule and met with me the very next morning. She was confident in her ability to help me and during the next 6+ months she communicated with me on a regular basis. If I called or emailed her with a concern, she responded back immediately. She had to subpoena many accounts and businesses for information since my spouse refused to submit a CIA. She did so quickly and received all the information needed. She prepared settlement proposals and sent them to my spouse's lawyer and followed up until she was able to get them to agree into going to mediation. She was totally prepared with fair terms and was very professional. I was very happy and relieved with the outcome. She is an very ethical Lawyer and did not play any games when things got really petty with my spouse and his lawyer. She took the high road and did not call them out on any of the childish, insulting emails that were frequently sent. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Diana. She genuinely had my best interest at heart and I consider her a friend as well as an amazing Lawyer. I gave her a calendar months ago with pictures of sharks swimming on the cover. I laughed and told her that she was one of them and to consider that as a huge compliment. I have already recommended her to several friends in need of a good divorce lawyer. One last comment. I did not care what it cost me to finalize my divorce. I just wanted it to be over. She did not nickel and dime me for every little thing… My Father was a good, compassionate lawyer and I can say with some experience in the legal profession that Diana Fredericks is truly an amazing Lawyer.

Diana was a fantastic attorney. She is very knowledgeable about divorce laws, she always got back to me in a timely fashion, and she is very easy to work with. Her candor and sincerity about my situation made me feel confident and very comfortable using her as my lawyer. Going through a divorce is an awful experience, however, Diana was able to successfully help me through the process. She is also an exceptional writer. She had to write numerous letters on my behalf which were always outstanding. I would very highly recommend Diana, she is worth every penny.
