Pros
1
Knowledgeable, experienced, and competent in handling legal matters, especially DUI/DWI cases
“I found John to be both competent and ready to fight. Although my case was settled for less than the DUI, John was ready, willing and able to press on to trial, unlike some others who would only be willing to negotiate a plea.”
2
Provides honest and objective advice to help clients make informed decisions
“He always told me the pro's and con's of my case. Also, his staff kept me in the loop at all times with court dates and meetings with John.”
3
Accessible and responsive to client needs, always available to answer questions
“Although John was clearly a busy and successful attorney, he always picked up the phone when I called, or got right back to me. He always answered my questions, and explained his answers.”
4
Achieves positive outcomes for clients, even in challenging cases
“John brought all of his expertise to bear on my case, which resulted in a positive outcome that I was told by virtually ever other attorney would not be possible.”
Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and professionalism from some staff members
“A young lady answered the phone disinterested in my information, stating they are not a malpractice firm, but they "refer cases like mine " to other firms. Look, I get it. You don't do malpractice. No reason to be disinterested and rude.”
2
Potential for unexpected additional costs or fees
“I was told she would file an extension for $400, but when I brought it to her, her paralegal told me (several days later) they wouldn't do anything until they had the full retainer. I accomplished getting the full retainer, and then was told that I need to fork over $200 more in order from proceedings to start.”
