I had a very sweet paralegal that sat with me and my grandmother and she explained all the details of my case. She handled my case with urgency and diligence. She explained in layman’s terms where all of my settlement would be divided and gave me options on whether I wanted to pay or on my own terms & because I understood and trusted them I chose to let them handle it.
