I met Wendy when my elderly uncle went to her to have his will drawn up. I was very impressed with her work, but also instantly liked her as a person. In the 90s I changed my name, but during Covid 19 I decided I wanted my birth name back. I went to Wendy and she went right to work. Everything went smoothly and my birth name was restored by the presiding judge. I went to apply for my updated driver’s license and was denied by the DMV. I then applied for a new passport and was denied. Sure enough, my court papers had to be amended. Wendy and her staff had to petition the judge. My papers were amended and Wendy had a letter written explaining the amendment to my court papers which was sent to the passport office with my amended papers. I was granted my passport and with the court papers and passport in hand was granted my new driver’s license from the DMV. Wendy and her staff were there for me every step of the way and went to bat for me when agencies posed problems. I would recommend Wendy and her staff to anyone seeking legal council. They are professional, caring and hardworking.
