My husband and I have recently worked with Doug Jones to purchase a new house. It was a pleasure to work with Doug, and if needed we plan to use him in the future. Doug was responsive and always making sure we were up to date on information. He is easy to work with, and personable, but most importantly extremely professional. We highly recommend his law office.

I have to say Mr. Jones was great to work with. He helped me with the attorney review for the purchase of my new home as well as a small matter that required a lawyer. He was very professional and easy to deal. He saved me a few thousand dollars in court. I couldnt thank him enough, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer.

Mr. Jones helped me with a real estate transaction and I couldn't be more pleased. Doug was attentive, responsive, totally knowledgeable and, in general, a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

We met Doug in the first week of August to discuss writing our wills. Doug was friendly, asked us the right questions and led us on our way. It took a few weeks, and we had to go back and forth a few times, but we ironed out the final details via email. This was a little slower than I was expecting, but I didn't find it to be egregious. We finalized our wills via email in the middle of September. Today is December 1st, and I have still not heard back from him. I have emailed him a dozen times, and my husband has called him several days in a row leaving messages. In the beginning he would respond saying he was in court, or was having trouble getting witnesses, but as of the last month he's completely ignored our calls and emails. We agreed to provide witnesses, and told him we could meet any day ( I can walk to his office) but heard nothing back. He has gone completely radio silent, to the point that wondered if something had happened to him. I recently saw him in public, which just confirms he has plenty of time for anything that doesn't require helping us finish our wills. I'm not sure why a lawyer would take on a client, write the majority of their will, and then decide to never reach out to that person again. Doug is actively choosing to not get paid for his services by ignoring our calls, when all that is needed is a final signature in front of witnesses. Doug seems like a nice man, but he is clearly too busy to provide simple services like wills. I now have to restart the process of writing my will with a new attorney. All he needs to do is finish it in 3 months and he will have surpassed my expectations after dealing with Doug.

A very good attorney. He really knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend Mr. Jones esq.
