If I could give 0 stars I would. This law firm loves to take your money ,but not fight your case. If you have money to throw around then maybe they’ll win for you. If you are fighting for something ,but aren’t rich don’t come to this office. Their least interest is helping you and more in taking your money. They lost my case but gained about 12,000. Also don’t think you can call or email them for help because they will charge you for every word. I needed this for the best interest of my child and I didn’t have a chance due to their lack of help. I do not recommend this law firm at all.

This guy is the real deal attorney this man actually cares and listens to his clients I highly recommend

This is a really caring law firm. Andrew Shaw, as a partner in the firm, patiently answered all my questions. He has a deep understanding of the Somerset court, and it's clear he has handled many mature cases. He also empathizes with my situation, which has relieved a lot of my anxiety. I am was surprised to see all 5 star Reviews for this firm. I suspect they are ALL paid false reviews. I was Pro Se in my divorce case till the Judge told me several times to get a lawyer after passing bias order against me, then i hired their firm and initial consultation I received very positive vibes from the manager Andrew Shaw - but after they got my retainer - it was all down hill. They have very poor customer service: 1. Never return calls 2. Never reply to emails 3. Andrew Shaw made me withdraw motions which I had put in the court with the promise we will put more firm motions to get results to force them to give discovery items - I wasted 2 months with them - when finally put my foot down to send subpoenas to get discovery items 4. Sarah Mulrean had 1 week "Family Emergency" and would not answer my calls or emails 5. Sarah Mulrean had 1 week of Emergency "car problems" and did not return my calls or emails 6. Sarah Mulrean NEVER bothered to reply to Opposing Counsel’s letter (the reply I created and gave to her) EVER. Yet charged me in the invoice charged me $105 for brief review of that letter. 7. They had send the wrong Subpnoea to Fidelity and the firm informed them via email their error on Oct 30, 2022 - They never sent a new subpnoea. I terminated their services in early November and when asked Sarah to send new Subpnoea to Fidelity, her answer “the firm no longer represents you hence cannot do that” 7. When I complained to Andrew (manager of practice) he said to call him in the morning - which I did 3 times and he never called me back ever. 8. Their secretary called and left message on my phone and I was shocked to see in the invoice they also charged me for that!! 9. They even charged you for the secretary calling the court or writing an email to gourd - the secretary hourly rate is $105 per hour! I was searching for an attorney to get advice on how to get a divorce agreement enforced back in December 2021. I spoke to three attorney offices prior to calling Shaw Divorce & Family Law LLC and everyone of them wanted me to pay a consultation fee, I had a very basic question to ask and it would determine if I would need a lawyer. Andrew Shaw picked up and I explained my situation. This is what impressed me, he said "you don't need me, you already have a court agreement, the closing attorney just needs to execute the agreement". We all know that majority of attorneys are always looking for a way to gouge you, Andrew was the opposite. Fast forward to April 19th. The closing attorney was not meaning to honor the divorce agreement and I had to scramble for an attorney, guess who I called :) One email from Andrew to the closing attorney and the defendant, I was able to get them to execute the agreement, yay! I highly recommend Shaw Divorce & Family Law. Andrew is a person of great character. Best, Satisfied Client.

Wonderful service and great results! They have a Professional Attorneys team to help you, they are serious, responsable and will fight for your best interest. Fully recommend!!
