I would highly recommend Weinberger Law Firm, my attorney Erin was the BEST! She was very informative and always made sure I understood the legal verbiage used throughout my divorce process. Her paralegal Diana communicated with me very well. They are a great team that supported me through a difficult divorce. Thank you for making my process easier to handle.

Great , knowledgeable attorney. Parelligal was excellent . Other team members are very attentive and responsive . A bit high on the service price, and not so much as fee per hour , but how long it takes . I had a very simple matter, it should have never taken the amount of money it did. Outside of financial side, very good firm .

Going through a divorce is probably one of the most overwhelming times in a person’s life, I know it was for me. Thankfully, I was referred by a friend to Erin Brueche at Wineberger Family Law Group and, from our first meeting, I knew I was in the right hands. Not only did she make me feel safe and secure, she took the time the time to explain every single aspect of the process from start to finish, there were no surprises up until the very end. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, Erin is practical and honest, which allowed me to feel 100% comfortable putting my trust in her. This was by far the worst lawyer I have used. It took over a year to just put in a change of support order b/c Texas stayed I had to transfer it to New Jersey since I lived there. I did also increase to current rate since it had not been done since the divorce in 2004. They basically overcharged for items by having other people respond to same question or send out the same information and bill me for it. My prior email experience with a lawyer... you email or call and he stated where things stood. This law firm rarely returned email or calls and billed every time you asked the same question. They would ask me to fill out the same papers 3 times and billed each time: and in the end a year later it finally went to court and I still failed to receive support for 6 months due to them not turning in the paperwork to support enforcement. A waste of time and money.

The best divorce attorney I ever could have asked for! From my consult to the completion of my matter, my attorney and paralegal answered all of my questions promptly and with the patience to explain the most complicated details to me until I had a full understanding. My attorney protected me and my interests at all times and made sure that I received what I was legally entitled to. She followed through on every matter immediately and I never had to stress or worry about anything.
