Patrick is an incredible lawyer who helped us when our family was at one of its darkest times! He fought for us and with due diligence helped us receive the recompense we needed to help us pull through. He worked with experts and compiled an amazing amount of proof and information to win our case!

I had been to several attorneys who clearly did not understand my issue and were not interested in trying to understand it. One such lawyer even went as far as to say that I didn’t have a case. My husband and I bought our house in October 2012 right after we got married. Shortly after, we were informed by the contractor that the entire front of the house , the beams in the walls, were rotten. The outside walls were freshly painted. Who would know right..? We can not see through walls yet, technology is not that far. So the building department came, red tagged the house, declared it unhabitable, the lawyers got involved. we paid the non refundable Lawers fees . In the middle of this case our lawyer then informed us that there was a conflict and he could no longer represent us . what..!!! Return our money !! No... was the answer ..legal fees are Non refundable. In the meantime, we sold our house we were living in, and had to move into an apartment . Its now March 2013 - It's my birthday- My husband and I are having dinner and the question arises, what do we do with our broken damaged red tagged house - we were in such a hole with all sorts of legal fees, inspectors, architects. witnesses.. No lawyer and this case hanging over our head. Sellers claimed they did not see through the wall either -- Really !! So this is when we met Patrick. He came highly Receommend by a collague. Patrick took the bull by the horn, made us laugh again, blew some fresh Air in the case, was very very fair with his fees, and settled it for us !! We finally started seeing the light , he showed us the way not to only settle this case with the seller but also to settle within ourselves. It's important to have closure . I can hardly believe it has been 3 years since I first met and hired you. While it took almost 3 years to finally get our trial date in court, you stayed in contact with me and kept me updated regularly. There were several times during the trial that you really surprised me with your knowledge of the medical terms being thrown around. Most times you knew more and sounded better than the doctors who spent their time spinning the truth to cover themselves. You always managed to get at the truth of the matter no matter how many times your adversary objected. I could not have been better represented as you were amazing. I know that my case was very challenging with all my medical issues and the time you must have spent researching my case was staggering. A complicated case; a wrongful death for a man of 52 who's primary care physician placed him in the hospital for what was to be a short stay for a "minor" case of diverticulitis with a small blockage, in which this man never made it out of that hospital never got to go home again ... I hope most people never have to go through this nightmare ... The decision to be the voice and tap the medical staff on the shoulders to ask the hard questions did not come easy for me, I am not a litigious person, almost two years of quiet and careful thought and the realization that something was wrong here, I must find the truth ... for my husbands memory ... it takes strength . Patrick does not know this, but he was so thorough that I nicknamed him the "stealth" lawyer ... there were things that this lawyer uncovered that had the whole court room in tears ... We won ... we went up against 6 doctors and all their legal teams ... and won for my wonderful husband ... I could feel him that day, proud of me ... In closing,; Patrick if one of the most ethical lawyers I have had the pleasure to know, with a very high set of morals ... what a joy, considering what you mite find out there today ... It was my pleasure to watch him in action, at work, with his family, in court, and with friends in his personal life ... he is the real deal, he not only walks the walk ... he will do it rite by your side! .......
