I was asigned this man as a public defender in 2009. He could not answer questions about certain laws pertaining to the case. He did not respond to letters sent to him. He did not make any special effort to get prior court documents that were pertinent to the case. And while in the court room ,(while there was an in chambers meeting), I was actualy told by bailifs to NOT use Mr.McGugian for a trial as he is the worst trial attourny they knew
