I hired Lance Bitterman to assist with a motor vehicle accident and although he was very helpful, his paralegal Helen made my journey a very unpleasant one. She's very rude, hostile and problematic. It's because of her that I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this firm. Fire her and find someone who can actually have a professional and productive conversation with clients.
