Attorney Nicholas J. Waltman, Esq. is a ferocious injury litigator. If you or a loved one are injured, call Nicholas he is your guy.

This office disappointed me really badly, since I had started with them with very good feelings. They have pretty terrible communication/responsiveness problem. The person (forgot the name) that I had initial conversation with over the phone, connected with me really well. So, I decided to work with them. After I gave them my case, I did not contact them for two weeks. Then I had to ask something, so I called two days in a row, but was not able to get in touch with them. The front dest actually answered, but it was not possible to reach out to the paralegal who was supposedly handling my case. I left a voice message. She called back from her cell phone number after 26 hours (too long). I missed the call, and called right back but she did not pick up and never called again. I even sent her an e-mail for a call back but she never did. I found it not only a terrible practice but also being very disrespectful to a client. They did not call again (besides one missed call), up until I actually sent them a termination letter which was a week later. I had explained my concerns in the letter. Then the attorney called, however, he called not to say sorry, but to actually accuse me of being too demanding :) It is funny! I was not able to contact to your paralegal at all. She never called back (besides one missed call the next day). How am I being even demanding??? Your recorded call back policy goes like this : “We will call you back the same day or within 24 hours” So weird!. What if I have an urgent matter!? which I did. Recorded message also says “if it is urgent send an e-mail.” Well, I did send an e-mail but got no response. (Btw, I wouldn’t be writing this, if attorney had simply expressed his apology, but unfortunately he did not.) I really did not fell any attorney support while I was with them. I felt just by myself out there, which is not how it is supposed to be. Communication with your attorney is the most important part that you should be concern about. I am really not recommending them to anyone based on what I experienced. I think you should look for an office that responsiveness is not an issue, and this firm, seriously, doesn’t seem like is one of them.

Atty. Nicholas Waltman really helped my family with our case. He is very pleasant, always has time to listen to our inquiries and able to deliver what he promised. I will definitely refer my friends or relatives if they will need any legal counsel.

This law firm, and Nick Waltman especially has been the biggest help since I met him. He has always put an arm and a leg out to make sure i’m okay and was there for me every step of the way. During this almost 3 year process, he made it completely easy and I couldn’t appreciate his help more! (:
